The Alarm.com ADC-T40K-HD Smart Thermostat is a Z-Wave Plus capable thermostat with a full-color HD touchscreen display. With mechanical wire detection and an Easy Setup Wizard, the ADC-T40K-HD is simple to configure. One thing to note prior to purchase, this thermostat does require a C-Wire so that it can receive power from the HVAC system or a 24VAC transformer.
